We are joined by Cathryn Bailey, President of the WMU chapter of the American Association of University Professors. We talk about the state of contract negotiations with the university- the pay disparity between professors and certain administrators, the actions of the university to hire anti-union attorneys to stonewall union negotiators, how the university is attempting to pit workers against each other, and how people in the community can stand with professors at WMU and the larger implications for working class struggle in Kalamazoo.
